For fat burning The FLEXI-BAR INTENSIVE helps you to successfully support your fat burning processes. We mainly recommend the FLEXI-BAR INTENSIVE for people with a stronger stature, as they may swing the FLEXI-BAR STANDARD excessively, on the one hand, causing the effect to be reduced and on the other, the FLEXI-BAR to be damaged. With a slightly greater resistance than the FLEXI-BAR STANDARD, it will challenge you to a sweaty workout that activates the fat metabolism. Combine this effect with as much leg movement as possible. To act more sustainably and keep pace with technological developments, we have decided to discontinue the production of FLEXI-BAR® DVDs. Ideal for children aged 6 to 12 With a size of 1.15 m, the FLEXI-BAR KIDS is ideal for children aged 6 to 12 years. Uses: 1. For children in particular, training the sense of balance, coordination and posture is crucial, as the foundations for these are established before puberty. A gentle, safe way of strengthening the muscles is also needed. The best way to do both is with the FLEXI-BAR KIDS. Special gymnastics exercises make handling easier. 2. The latest figures have shown that in Germany, almost one in three children are overweight. The FLEXI-BAR KIDS is especially gentle on the joints and helps to get rid of the extra pounds and stimulate the fat metabolism. Thanks to the fun of swinging, losing weight will no longer be a bother. Tip: The FLEXI-BAR KIDS is also great for seniors who may find it too difficult to work with the FLEXI-BAR STANDARD due to its length and swinging strength.
