9 sanfte Übungen mit dem Loop, um deinen Körper zu mobilisieren und stärken ohne die Gelenke zu belasten – Los geht's!


Für ein effektives Training sind keine teuren und sperrigen Geräte nötig. Es gibt aber durchaus kleine Helfer, die viel zu bieten haben. Unser großes Loop ist ein sinnvolles Hilfsmittel und eignet sich sowohl für Einsteiger als auch für Leistungssportler, da es leicht und vielseitig ist und sich sich überallhin mitnehme lässt. Durch seine Elastizität eignet es sich für den gezielten Muskelaufbau, aber auch für Dehnübungen.

„Durch kontrolliertes Ziehen und Entspannen arbeitet die Muskulatur bei jeder Übung sowohl konzentrisch, man muss also eine Last überwinden, als auch exzentrisch, dabei muss man nachgebend arbeiten. So werden Muskeln gestärkt und Gelenke stabilisiert“, sagt Barbara Klein.

Einsteiger sollten pro Übung mit 12 bis 20 Wiederholungen beginnen und das Training dann langsam steigern. Starte jetzt gleich los und mach dich fit für den Sommer:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SEITENMOBILISIERUNG

So geht’s: Gleiche Stellung wie bei der ersten Übung. Band über den Kopf spannen, dann den Oberkörper langsam von einer Seite zur anderen neigen. Dabei die Bauchmuskulatur anspannen.

 

RUDERN IM SITZEN

So geht’s: Aufrecht hinsetzen, das Band doppeln und die Füße mittig hineinstellen. Nun gegen den Widerstand des Bands die Enden nach hinten ziehen, langsam wieder in die Ausgangsposition zurückkehren. Dabei Schultern tief und Arme am Oberkörper lassen.

 

RUMPF-ROTATION

So geht’s: Band an einem Pfosten oder einer Parkbank fixieren. Weiter als hüftbreit stehen, Knie leicht beugen. Das andere Ende des Bands mit beiden Händen greifen und unter Spannung von einer Seite zur anderen ziehen – die Arme lang lassen und Po anspannen, sodass hauptsächlich der Oberkörper dreht. Nach 12–20 Wiederholungen Seite wechseln

 

BEIN SENKEN IM STÜTZ

So geht’s: Ausgangsposition wie in Übung 3. In den Stütz gehen und das gestreckte Bein gegen den Widerstand des Loops absenken – dann wieder heben. Nach 12–20 Wiederholungen Bein wechseln

 

RUDERN IM STEHEN

So geht’s: Ausfallschritt machen. Gewicht ruht auf dem vorderen Bein, Oberkörper ist nach vorne geneigt. Das Band liegt unter dem vorderen Fuß, die Hände greifen die Enden. Band eng am Oberkörper nach oben ziehen und senken. Nach 12–20 Wiederholungen Bein wechseln
